Pixelmon Update Part 1 - NEW Generation 8, Gigantamax Forms, Battle UI + MORE!

It's been a while since our last update blog, going over all the recent updates and changes on Pixelmon. Well, we've got a MAJOR update ready to present to you all but we'll be splitting it into two parts, this being the first.

We've updated to Pixelmon 8.2 which adds a ton of new things such as new Gigantamax forms, a new Battle UI and music to go a long with it a long with the long awaited new Generation 8 Pokemon! On top of that, we added some new Steampunk and FrightZone textures.

We've also added a new bundle to the store and will be a running a 35% OFF sale on ALL store packages through to the weekend to celebrate!

The long awaited update is finally here. Players in game will now be able to obtain every single Pokemon in the national dex! This includes the Generation 8 legendaries, including Zacian, Zamazenta, Urshifu, Eternatus, the Galarian birds, and many more!

Take a look at these screenshots to get a sneakpeek of some of the new Pokemon!

With this addition of Generation 8 legendary Pokemon, you will also now be able to acquire the Dynamax band. The Dynamax band allows you to Dynamax and Gigantamax your Pokemon (through the use of Dynamax candy and Max Mushrooms). These Pokemon pack a huge punch!

With this update, the in battle GUI now has a much cleaner look, featuring music for you to vibe to while you crush your opponents. Take a look below!

We’ve added some additional textures to our currently available Steampunk crate, as well as more textures for the upcoming FrightZone crate, with even more to come soon!

As many of you are aware, we are in the process of adding a whole slew of additional events, ways for you to obtain rare candy, quality of life improvements and much much more.
